A greener world – Image of the Week

It seems as if the state of the environment has taken a back seat to the state of our economy lately. However, the idea of “greening” our world has many individuals and companies trying to decide how they can make a difference.

This image was shot in my studio using my Nikon D2X and a 50mm lens. I borrowed the leaf from a neighbor’s tree. The marble globe was a prop I found online. The image existed pretty much as shot  but I did increase the saturation of the colours in Photoshop.
