Do you ever feel like you’re swimming against the stream? That might be the case for some fish right now; about 2 months have passed since the amendment of the Fisheries Act against the advice of scientists. For more info, check out West Coast Environmental Law.

Whaaaaat? 2007? I don’t’ recall seeing this one before, Bill. Looks so new and … well deserving of a lot of comments. We all started like this… or half of each of us anyhow.
