Do you have a cold? Or is it seasonal allergies? Considering the time of year, it might be the flu – the CDC says the flu spike in February.
But if it’s not – your sniffles have 2 possible causes – cold or allergy.
If it’s a cold – you probably know the drill – drink liquids, take some meds, or if you’re a hippy, swill some garlic lemon & honey tea. And remember to sleep.
If it’s allergies, things become a little more complex. There’s testing, or elimination diets. Or you can just check out the allergy meds aisle and medicate away your symptoms until the season passes. Or try a diet that naturally suppresses allergy symptoms.
