Concave World Globe – Image of the Week

Increased travel and the internet have made our world seem so much smaller. The positive side of this is the sharing of culture and traditions, and the sharing of information that has led to beneficial environmental, health and economic changes. The negative side is the spread of dangerous diseases, the exploitation of groups of peoples in developing nations and the interdependence of world wide economies. This image is my attempt to visually show our world getting smaller and more connected. The entire image was digitally created in Photoshop.
