Finding a needle in the haystack – Image of the Week

Finding a needle in the haystack isn’t so hard if you have a powerful magnet. Google is the magnet of choice these days for many people searching online.

This image was created photographically by gluing a small magnet to a coat hanger and positioning the camera underneath the edge of the desk where I placed some straw. Later in Photoshop, the wire was cloned out and a the small bits of falling straw were added to complete the illusion of the needle just coming out of the straw.
