When you see the phrase “Healthy Life Choices” does it make you think about cereal boxes with the heartsmart brand on them, or do images of yoga or cycling or skiing cross your mind? Maybe you picture someone meditating, or a group of people together. What does it mean to you to make healthy life choices?
