Mountain Biking

As summer is now in full swing here in BC, I’m trying to get out on the bike more often.  There’s nothing like the flow of a good trail to get the adrenaline running.

This photo was taken years ago with a film camera. I zap strapped a tripod to the bike frame with the camera positioned just in front of my chest and put the remote shutter cord in my mouth. You should have seen the looks I was getting from onlookers as I gagged on the remote trying to get up enough speed to create the zoom effect down the trail.
